LocalMart365 does not sell any products. All products on this platform are listed and sold exclusively by independent third-party vendors.

  • Platform fees (subscriptions, addon packs) paid to LocalMart365 are strictly non-refundable.
  • Product purchases made from vendors through leads on LocalMart365 are transactions between you and the vendor. LocalMart365 is not a party to those transactions and cannot process refunds for them.
  • For any product-related refund or dispute, contact the vendor directly.

1. What This Policy Covers

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to fees paid to LocalMart365 for use of the platform — specifically vendor subscription activations and addon pack purchases.

This policy does not govern, and LocalMart365 has no authority over, any refund or dispute arising from a product purchased from a third-party vendor discovered through LocalMart365.

2. Platform Fees — Strict No-Refund Policy

All platform fee payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a subscription is activated or an addon pack is applied to your account, the service has been rendered and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Vendor subscription activation fees
  • Addon pack purchases (+stores / +listings)
  • Any future paid platform features

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused listing slots or store capacity
  • Account inactivity or early account closure
  • Dissatisfaction with platform features
  • Accidental purchases — please review your order carefully before paying
  • Subscription purchased and then account suspended for policy violations

3. Product Transactions — Not Our Responsibility

LocalMart365 is a listing and discovery platform only. We do not sell, supply, deliver, or handle any product listed by vendors on this platform.

Any purchase you make from a vendor after discovering them on LocalMart365 is a direct transaction between you and that vendor. LocalMart365 is not involved in, and takes no responsibility for, such transactions.

If a vendor fails to deliver a product, delivers a defective or wrong item, or refuses a refund — your dispute is with the vendor, not with LocalMart365. We do not have the ability to compel vendors to issue refunds, replace products, or resolve disputes on your behalf.

We strongly recommend that buyers verify vendor credibility, confirm product details in person or via direct communication, and exercise caution before making any payment to a vendor.

4. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

LocalMart365 will consider a refund of platform fees only in the following verified circumstances:

  • Fraudulent charge — a payment was made without your authorisation and verified by our team
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error on our end
  • Platform fee charged but service not activated — payment was deducted but your subscription or addon was not applied, verified by our team
  • As required by applicable Indian law

All exception requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by emailing support@localmart365.com with your order ID and payment reference. Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Your Responsibility Before Purchasing

Before completing any platform fee payment, it is your responsibility to:

  • Review the plan or addon details carefully
  • Confirm the amount being charged
  • Ensure you are purchasing the correct plan or pack for your needs
  • Read and understand this Refund Policy in full

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first at support@localmart365.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

If you initiate an unjustified chargeback for a legitimate platform fee:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated
  • You may be barred from re-registering on LocalMart365
  • You may be liable for chargeback processing fees
  • We reserve the right to pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

You acknowledge that all platform fees are non-refundable, that LocalMart365 does not sell any products, and that any product-related refund or dispute is solely between you and the relevant third-party vendor.
